Biography

Musician, sound technician, sound producer, sound engineer

She graduated from the Faculty of Jazz at the Musical Academy in Katowice, where she completed Jazz and Popular Music major, with sound production as her specialty. She also attended the University of Science and Technology in Cracow, being on Acoustic Engineering major, on the specialty of Sound Engineer in Media and Culture. She also graduated from second level Music School in Cracow in the transverse flute class.

Since 2014 she has been working as an assistant in the Department of Theory and Music Composition at the Silesian University in Cieszyn. She teaches at the major
of Games and Virtual Space Design, on the specialty of Sound in Games. She runs such classes as: Technology and Sound Processing, Electrical Devices in Recording Studio, Digital Sound, Individual’s Voices, Creating Sound Effects.

During her studies she gained experience as a sound producer e.g. in Cracow Radio or in the State Theatre Academy in Cracow, also while numerous study and concert recordings.

Over the period of 2013 –2014 she worked in Studio Dono Theater as a sound and light producer. She also deals with room acoustics. She designed acoustics
of a listening room located in the New Media building.

In the period of 2009 – 2014 she has been a flutist and a member of management board in the Representative Orchestra of the University of Science and Technology in Cracow.

Co-author of a scientific report entitled: „Listeners who have low hearing thresholds, do not perform better in difficult listening tasks,” presented
in Budapest during the Audio Engineering Society Convention. This report has been published in the materials of 132 Audio Engineering Society Convention
